The General Services Administration was charged with the renovation and Tenant Improvement of multiple floors of the U.S. Secret Service Headquarters building in Morristown, New Jersey to both accommodate the expanding needs of the Secret Service as well as bring the facility up to modern security and anti-terrorist standards. Mr. Altis assisted in the evaluation of the Tenant Improvements undertaken by the Landlord and oversaw the remedial actions necessary to bring the facility up to acceptable standards for the GSA and the Secret Service.
